By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

Cold sparklers can only be used in two designated spots at your venue.
Sparkler effects last for 15 seconds per interval, with a total runtime of 10-12 minutes (Longer Duration Possible Upon Requests).
Dry ice effects can only be used for 3-5 minutes in one spot of the venue
Our operator will be on-site for a maximum of 2 hours after the setup timeframe.
I understand that there is a 1 hour setup window from the requested time.
We are NOT responsible for any damages that may occur during the use of our equipment.
