3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your event date.

• Full payment must be completed 14 days before the event.

• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you need to reschedule, notify us at least 2 days in advance to apply your payment as a credit toward a new date (subject to availability).

• Credit must be used within 12 months from the original booking date.

5. Liability & Safety

• We ensure our equipment meets safety standards.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring venue permissions and safety regulations.

• We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by improper use of our services.
