By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

• Cold sparklers can only be used in two designated spots at your venue.

• Sparkler effects last for 15 seconds per shot and can only be shot a maximum of 8 times.

• Dry ice effects can only be used for 3-5 minutes in one spot of the venue

• Our operator will be on-site for a maximum of 2 hours after the setup timeframe.

• I understand that there is a 1-hour setup window from the requested time.

• I understand that I take liability for any damages caused by my guests.

• We are not responsible for the cleanup of gender reveal smoke or any related residue after the reveal. 

• Any time beyond the agreed-upon duration is subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour.
